I am blind. I am neurodivergent. I am the Chief Operations Officer at Techopolis Online Solutions. I manage a lot, and every task manager I tried made me feel like I was failing at being human. So I built the tool I actually needed.

The Inbox is your safety net. You add tasks quickly without deciding where they belong. Apple Intelligence parses them and creates reminders so you stay focused. Later, when your brain has more energy, you can organize everything.
Gamification For The ADHD Brain That Works On Dopamine
Perspective Tasks includes a gentle gamification system for brains that love points and progress.
You earn:
· 1 point for each completed task
· 1 point for opening the app daily
Optional penalty:
· Lose 1 point for each day you do not open the app
You can disable gamification at any time if it does not work for you. The app adapts to what motivates you, not the other way around.
Requirements
To use Apple Intelligence features in Perspective Tasks, you need:
· iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26 installed
· A supported device such as iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 or newer
· An iPad or Mac with an M-series chip or newer
· Enough free storage for Apple Intelligence models on your device
If your device does not support Apple Intelligence, you can still use Perspective Tasks, but the AI powered features will not be available.
